Crew Donations
One of the best benefits of being in an Alliance is crew donation! If you are struggling with ground missions, and/or just need that extra crew to help bolster your ship in PvP, pick up a crew from the Alliance room! They are there to help everyone; the more crew you have, the better!
If you need a certain type of crew, make a request and we'll see what we can drop. Also, if it is noted that a crew is being drop for a specific person, please be mindful and leave it for them :].
Now for dropping off YOUR crew. I highly suggest you get them up to minimum of level 10 first before donating them. It is relatively fast to do so (the first 10 levels flys by) and that is the level a crew's special ability becomes available making them a lot more useful. Another reason to wait until level 10 is when you donate a crew, someone could pick it up and borrow for up to 24hrs. That is A LOT of battling time. However, we can only get your crew up 1 level. Any experience the crew COULD of picked after they hit max xp for that level is wasted. So, the higher you can get your crew before dropping them off, the better. We could be helping you pick up 2, 3, 4k free xp, rather than a few hundreds. Not to mention, the higher your crew lvl/hp, the less likely they are to die in a battle; remember if they die, even if the battle is won, that crew won't gain any xp.
Lastly, as much as we wish there were more faculty available to help level crews, there are a small number of us compared to the number of members. Ergo, we can only pick up so many crews to level; so help each other out guys. Just because the crew isn't a maxed out lvl 40 (heck I can't even get mine to 40, I'm capped at 24), doesn't mean they can't help boost your ship. Extra crew is always helpful.
Our goal is to help build each other up; we're only as strong as our weakest link. Suuurgee!!!
*Crews that are not uniques (recommended list only!) or higher will not be picked up. There isn't much point in helping to level a crew that will only get spaced later.*
